Most items at Orn Hansen may be returned at our shop within 14 days for STORE CREDIT ONLY with proof of purchase/receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There may be a 10% restocking fee based on condition of item.
Jewelry, apothecary (including candles and incense), grooming, and food items are FINAL SALE.
For a purchase made through our website, you must contact us within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered to you to be eligible for a return. Past the 48 hours window, your return will only be considered for Store Credit minus a 10% restock fee. Items purchased during a promotional sale or on sale/clearance are FINAL and are not eligible for a return.

48 HOUR EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns/Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and you must contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
This means within 2 days of your item being delivered, you must e-mail us to let us know if you have issues with your purchase. Past the 48 hours delivered window, exchanges/store credits are no longer considered.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We highly suggest getting tracking information or purchasing shipping insurance especially if you are returning something from overseas. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All orders handled as an exchange/store credit will be charged with a 10% restock fee. Shipping fees are non refundable.
Your store credit is good for 90 Days after date of issue.
